B Let's understand
Clean habits keep our body strong and free from diseases, while good manners make us kind and polite! Clean habits include brushing our teeth twice a day (morning and before bed), taking a daily bath with soap, washing our hands with soap before and after eating, and wearing clean, ironed clothes. Good manners are like magic keys that unlock smiles! We say "Please" when asking for something, "Thank you" when someone helps or gives us a gift, and "Sorry" if we make a mistake or hurt someone by accident.
